- -     ### **Teknisk Isolering AS Joins Major Industrial Project for Nordlaks** **Nordlaks is modernizing and expanding its factory at Børøya in Hadsel Municipality.** In one of the largest industrial developments in the region, a state-of-the-art salmon processing facility is being built. It will include departments for bleeding, gutting, filleting, packing, and more—along with a five-story administration building. The project aims to increase capacity, develop new products, and raise the level of automation, forming a key part of Nordlaks' strategy to strengthen local value creation. ### **VVS Installasjon in Collaboration with Teknisk Isolering AS** VVS Installasjon AS holds full responsibility for all technical installations related to heating, ventilation, and sanitation (HVAC) and plays a central role in ensuring the facility meets the standards required for food production. > *“This is a flagship project in the Norwegian food industry, and we are proud to contribute together with VVS Installasjon,”* says Henning Otnes, Managing Director of Teknisk Isolering AS. > > *“Our work will support energy efficiency, safety, and stable operating conditions in the new facility—through precise and high-quality insulation of pipes, ducts, and technical systems.”* The project is expected to be completed in 2027, and Teknisk Isolering will have several of its top professionals on-site for over a year. The scope of work includes insulation for heat, cold, and sound—delivered in close collaboration with VVS Installasjon. > *“The cooperation with VVS Installasjon has been professional and constructive from day one.
